This Privacy Policy explains how I use and protect any information that you give tome when you use this service. In accordance with the guidelines for Data Protection (GDPR 2018), I only collect personal information that is necessary for the service I provide and destroy this information when it is no longer needed. Only I have access to this information, however, in the event that I became unable to continue working and wasn’t able to contact you, a Counselling colleague of mine, has instructions to gain access to your contact details in order to make contact with you. 

Reasons for collecting data:

To keep a record of the clients/supervisees/trainees I’m seeing- To effectively communicate with clients/supervisees/trainees by phone and email- To make notes on sessions when appropriate/useful- To invoice and give receipts to clients/supervisees/trainees/organisations- To advertise or promote events, workshops or other information that I think will be of interest to clients/supervisees/trainees/organisations- To send out evaluation forms to assess my practice
