How I Work
My nursing background enriches the care, sensitivity, and attention I offer through a lens that values diversity and difference in each person’s unique experience. Grounded in a person-centred, relational approach.
I aim to offer a space alongside you where you can feel truly seen and heard, where life’s experiences—whether uncertain, heavy, or difficult—can be explored with care and respect, and where you can gently reconnect with your inner wisdom to guide and lead the process
In our first session, we’ll explore what has brought you here and what feels most important to you right now. Working integratively and in a way that is led by you, this may include different forms of self-expression alongside talking therapy, such as using objects, writing, or movement. Together, we’ll discover what feels most supportive for you.
